Technical Networks on Show

The Sinergy project, a result of the collaboration between Cenacolo and Rimini Fiera that met with great success at last November’s International Energy Forum, now has a new exhibition: TECHNICAL NETWORKS ON SHOW.

TECHNICAL NETWORKS ON SHOW, a unique event and the first of its kind in Italy, intends proposing the most advanced solutions for national planning, design, construction and maintenance of utility networks used to transport energy (electricity and gas) and water, as well as analogue and digital signals.

The idea of launching an event able to cover and analyze these issues came from an extremely important hot topic: rational use of subsoil.
This matter was faced with a Directive of the Prime Minister dated 3rd March 1999, "Rational organization of underground technical systems”, which set some key criteria for services running underground, and Lombardy regional law N°26 of 12th December 2003 “Control of local services of general economic interest. Norm regarding management of waste, energy and use of the subsoil and water resources”. This is an example that all Italian authorities could follow.

TECHNICAL NETWORKS ON SHOW intends being a “handbook” for all trade members looking for real elements on which to base their projects and operations. In fact, during the event, conferences and workshops will be held, organized by the key business and scientific associations, with a particular accent on the problems in this constantly expanding sector’s legislative and normative aspects, which still have considerable shortcomings.

TECHNICAL NETWORKS ON SHOW addresses a wide public, including representatives of the central government and local authorities, as well as technicians and operators from the companies involved.

All the initiatives planned, being held once again in Rimini’s wonderful Expo Centre, are coordinated by Scientific and Organization Committees made up of illustrious members of all the sectors involved.
